The Fridley Civic Campus (City Hall/Public Safety) and Springbrook Nature Center are open to the public. Per the state mandate, masks are required indoors at all locations.
Springbrook's Interpretive Center inside exhibits are open to a limited capacity. Nature-based play and public restrooms are open. Pavilion and amphitheater rentals are available in limited capacities and are subject to state guidelines.
Recreation programming is taking place with COVID-19 guidelines in place. Park shelter rentals are available in limited capacities and are subject to state guidelines.

Coronavirus Monitoring and Planning
The City of Fridley is actively monitoring the outbreak of the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19). The safety of our residents, visitors, business and staff is of utmost importance. We are using information from Anoka County Public Health, the Minnesota Department of Health, and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
The Minnesota Department of Health has confirmed the first case of novel coronavirus in Minnesota as of March 6, 2020. The first case of coronavirus in Anoka County has been confirmed as of March 10, 2020.
While we know the following updates will provide adjustments for some, we are intending to run business operations as quickly and effectively as possible, even during this time of limited in-person interaction. You can email info@FridleyMN.gov or call 763-571-3450 to have your needs addressed.
Safety Precautions
The City of Fridley encourages everyone to take extra precautions and continue to practice the same measures you would to avoid colds and flu, including:
- Wash your hands thoroughly with soap and water
- Stay home when you are sick
- Cover your cough and sneezes (cough into your elbow or sleeve
- Do not touch your face
- Avoid shaking hands with people
- Maintain social distancing and keep at least 6-feet between you and another person
- Avoid all non-essential trips out of your home
