    If you would like to report a parking concern located on a public street or alley, please submit this form. 

    If the vehicle you'd like to report is located on private property, please submit a concern through our CitizenServe system. 

    Please note: Our Public Safety Department will not be contacting you unless they have questions regarding the concern.

  4. Please include address or cross streets if at an intersection. 

  6. Include vehicle make and model, descriptors, license plate numbers, etc. 

  8. If you have a photo of the concern, please upload it. 

  10. Include any other information you find relevant to the concern.
