Join us for our favorite day of winter--Winterfest! We can't wait to celebrate all things winter at our annual free, family-friendly event!
Activities
After exploring all of our outdoor activities, warm up by visiting our community partners inside the Nature Center building. Brick Oven Pizza will have pizza available for purchase, and we will have the Pavilion Activity Center open for you to eat your food out of the cold and warm up so you can go back outside to enjoy the outdoor activities! Don't forget to grab your free hot cocoa and s'more kit and enjoy all that winter has to offer!

Winter Gear Drive
Let’s make this winter safe and warm for all! Donate your gently used or new winter gear at Springbrook or Civic Campus from January 5 to February 4 during business hours. All donated gear will be available free of charge during Winterfest on February 7.
Community Partners
Warm up inside the Nature Center during the event! We'll have a room full of community partners with crafts, activities and information to share. Join the Library for storytime, and make sure to grab some free winter gear.

Friday Night Lantern Light Hike
Kick off Winterfest celebration on Friday night with the peacefulness of the winter landscape at Springbrook Nature Center! Hike or snowshoe to the soft glow of lanterns and warm up by the fire along the way. Snowshoe rentals are available as supplies last for $5/pair. Registration required.
