Pre-event Winterfest activities: 

Winter Gear Drive
Donate used/new winter gear starting January 5 at Civic Campus or Springbrook Nature Center. Please bring in freshly washed or new items. All donated gear will be available free of charge during Winterfest. 

Friday Night Winterfest Lantern Light Hike
Kick-off Fridley's Winterfest celebration and enjoy all that the winter season has to offer on the the beautiful trails of Springbrook Nature Center. Listen for owls hooting, keep your eyes peeled for elusive nocturnal animals and warm up by the fire along the way. Snowshoe rentals are available as supplies last for $5 per pair.

Registration required. 

All ages, Friday Feb. 6, 6:30-8:30 p.m., $5 per person, ages 2 and under free. Register online
