Utility Billing Update: Our New Schedule

We’re making a change to our utility billing schedule to bring you timelier information about your usage. Starting in June, utility bills will be processed and mailed closer to the actual meter reading date.
In the past, meters were read around the first of the month, but bills weren’t sent until much later in the month. With this update, you’ll get notified earlier, meaning if there’s an issue, you can address it faster.
What’s Changing?
- Meters will now be read near the last day of the month.
- Bills will be mailed out the following week.
- The new due date will be the 10th of the following month.
- Autopay users: No worries! Your payments will still be deducted automatically ‐ just on the new due date.
When Does This Start?
The first group to experience this change will be Cycle 2 customers (accounts beginning with “2”). Here’s what to expect:
- Usage dates: April 1 ‐ June 29, 2025
- Meter reading: June 30
- Bill mailed: First week of July
- New due date: August 10
Rest assured, you’ll still have at least 30 days to pay your bill.
