Notice is hereby given that there will be a quorum of the Fridley City Council, Fridley Parks and Recreation Commission and Fridley Public Arts Commission on June 23 at 5:30 p.m. for the groundbreaking ceremony at Commons Park. Please note this is in lieu of the June 23 City Council Conference Meeting.
