Notice of Public Hearing to Consider a Special Use Permit by Hasiblala LLC-Zulmai Woodod  

Notice is hereby given that the Planning Commission of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on April 16, 2025 at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

The public hearing will consider a Special Use Permit, SP #25-01, by Hasiblala LLC- Zulmai Woodod, to allow a repair garage use at 6520 East River Road N.E., the legal description is on file and available at Fridley City Hall.

Any person desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity at the above stated time and place. Or, comments may be submitted before the meeting to stacy.stromberg@fridleymn.gov or 763–572–3595. Publication date(s): April 4, 2025.
