Notice is hereby given that there will be a quorum of the Fridley City Council, Fridley Parks and Recreation Commission and Fridley Public Arts Commission on September 10 at 6:00 p.m. for the ribbon cutting ceremony for the Public Art Installation at Moore Lake Park.
