Notice of Public Hearing to Consider an Easement Vacation by Endeavor Development LLC

Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Fridley will hold a public hearing on November 10, 2025, at 7:00 pm at Fridley City Hall, 7071 University Avenue N.E.

The public hearing will consider an Easement Vacation, (SAV #25-01) by Endeavor Development LLC, the proposal will vacate and reroute public drainage and utility easements at 7350 Commerce Lane NE to accommodate redevelopment, the legal description is on file and available at Fridley City Hall.

Any person desiring to be heard shall be given an opportunity at the above stated time and place. Or, comments may be submitted before the meeting to Nancy.Abts@fridleymn.gov or 763–572–3593. Publication date(s):  October 24, 2025 and October 31, 2025.
