Sylvan Hills Park

A playground next to a picnic shelter
This 2.6 acre neighborhood park features a walking/trail loop. The park also includes a playground, picnic shelter, seating, full basketball court, and green space. In partnership with the Mississippi Watershed Management Organization, the park now includes vegetated swales, and underground basin to treat stormwater runoff from the surrounding area, designed to reduce localized flooding, keeping sediment from reaching the Mississippi River.
