Immersive Soundbath Meditation

Experience a one-hour sound meditation that uses crystal singing bowls and other instruments designed to create a peaceful, relaxing atmosphere. It is the perfect way to recenter and recharge before the busy holiday season!

This immersive experience will calm your mind and soothe your soul, allowing you to enter a deep state of relaxation.
There is nothing to do, except lay down (or sit if you prefer) and listen to the peaceful sounds during this mediative class!
The instructor will play singing bowls and other instruments during the meditation and “bathe” you with the sounds.
These sound vibrations have been shown to reduce stress, improve sleep and enhance overall wellbeing.

Cost: $25 per person per class, ages 15 or older

Please bring a yoga mat and/or blanket along with any other items such as pillows and additional blankets for your comfort.
