Commons Park Project Takes Shape

Four of Fridley’s parks will be under construction this summer. Three neighborhood parks, Oak Hill, Jubilee and Sylvan Hills Parks, will be updated with new playgrounds and park amenities. Fridley’s largest park improvement project, Commons Park, is also being reconstructed and will serve as the centerpiece of Fridley’s park system for decades to come. Design renderings bring the project to life, showing the playground, splash pad, park building, athletic facilities and beautiful green spaces. Construction will be ongoing through summer of 2026.
